Food & Retail Vending

Anaak Events provide the opportunity for a variety of food and retail vendors to exhibit and sell their products at their festivals and events.

Getting Started

Please email your details to anaakevents@gmail.com with your brief introduction alternatively you may fill the information in the contact form at the bottom of this page. One of our executives will contact you and provide you with the application form and further information regarding the event. Next, you will return the application with requested information as soon as possible so that your company can be considered equally among all applicants.

Anaak Events Inc. generally accepts vendors with experience. Exceptions from this requirement are occasionally granted. The standard space size is 10′ x 10′ for retail and food, but we can accommodate almost any size operation.

Cost to Vendors

The cost will depend on the duration of the event (from 5 hours up to 2 days), expected attendance (from 1,000 to 3,500). Vendors will pay fees ranging from $50.00 and up.

A standard agreement will be signed between Anaak Events and Production Inc. and your organization. This agreement protects each of us from any legal circumstances that may arise from your company’s participation. The agreement is emailed to each vendor once both the parties agree to terms and conditions. Payment is due with the agreement.

Insurance Requirement

Every vendor must carry liability insurance with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000.00 for damage to property. Insurance must include products liability. Upon acceptance into an event Anaak Events Inc. their agents, volunteers, officers, and employees must be named as additional insured. A valid certificate of insurance is due with the agreement to Anaak Events.

Permits Required

Upon acceptance into an event, every vendor needs a license to do business in the City of Miami and/or Miami-Dade County. Contact the Dept. of Revenue for more information regarding a business license and tax payments. Upon acceptance, every food vendor must have a temporary food permit on file with the Florida Dept of Restaurants. Contact the Department for more information regarding a temporary food permit. Participation, in any event, is contingent upon meeting the requirements.
